Many greetings from Munich, Germany again. Over the last few emails, I’ve walked through a few pieces of the Quarto puzzle:

  • Why branded reports tend to fall apart the moment you export them to PDF

  • Why one Quarto source really can drive both a branded webpage and a branded PDF

  • Why Lua filters look intimidating, but often come down to one repeatable pattern

So this begs the question:

I’ve put together a live, 3-hour workshop that walks through all of it in one sitting, using a real branded example the whole way through.

This 3-hour live workshop teaches you how to build branded, dual-output Quarto documents (HTML and PDF) using Typst, Lua filters, and a reusable Quarto extension.

A few things worth knowing up front: this will be a live session that I offer on two separate occasions: September 23 or September 25. This is different from my usual async, self-paced courses. But while this is different, it gives us the opportunity to build together, and you can get to ask questions afterwards.
